Once the online store is closed all orders will be compiled and go into production, there will be no adjustments accepted after this time. To ensure all items will be completed in our time line, our decorators are unable to make any adjustments once orders are submitted. Orders will be ready the week of April 5th , once completed you will receive an email to pick up your order. Merchandise that have not been decorated with name's and or #'s are eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. All personalized items are a final sale.

*Once the Webstore closes and all orders are placed, we will contact you if there are any manufacture back orders or stock issues on any items that you have ordered, otherwise expect to be contacted the week of April 5th for your order to be picked up at our shop.
